Please note these changes to the Member Pay Schedule with the new Pre-Staging Option of Leads and on Form Fills and Specifically Exempt Leads from Pre-Staging.
EXEMPT LEADS -- Sales to these prospects receive 100% Member Pay.
The following leads / prospects are Exempt from needing to be Pre-Staged by the Member who owns the Lead:
Directly Referred Contacts who YOU FILL IN THE FORM for and submit for The Closers to call on your behalf. Of course, they must acknowledge they were contacted by you and gave their consent for the contact by us.
In-Bound Phone Calls to the Closing Centers Toll Free # 877-274-2941. They MUST be able to tell us who YOU are for this to help YOU!
Any Form Fill from your site completed by ANY Visitor.
Premium VIP Leads purchased from Antonio Moreno (See Approved Leads).
OPTIONALLY PRE-STAGED LEADS -- Sales to these receive 90% Member Pay unless Pre-Staged by Member to receive 100% Member Pay.
Any Lead Purchased from our Approved Lead Vendor List, not specifically listed as Exempt, can be Pre-Staged by Member for 100% Member Pay on that lead or Member can opt to NOT Pre-Stage and receive 90% Member Pay (based on your current qualified level at the time of sale).
LEADS REQUIRING PRE-STAGED BY MEMBER -- Sales to these leads will receive 100% Member Pay because Pre-Staging is NOT OPTIONAL.
Any Leads purchased NOT ON THE APPROVED OR EXEMPT LIST.

This is simply a call to confirm the validity of a lead, accuracy of the information and willingess to receive a call about the business.
You can edit the PHONE NUMBER in an existing lead and put PS after the phone number to indicate is has been Pre-Staged by you.
NOTE: You MUST PUT THE AREA CODE in the box AND the Phone Number with PS after the number ... make NO OTHER NOTES in the lead and click the UPDATE NOTES button to do this.
This Policy gives Members choices over Lead Entry decisions, based on the following NEW GUIDELINES.
By initiating this Policy, we are able to compensate the Staff more appropriately for the number of hours and calls they have had to make, on the leads which are not Form Fills.
This allows us to keep the level of Staff up where we want it to be in terms of professionalism.
