I called [F-Name] because .... you filled in a form that told you a little about The Call Center [or "about Coastal" ] a day or so back --- remember that??? F-Name: Oh ... RIGHT! I've been expecting your call.
YOU: Good! I just wanted to touch bases and let you know I got your request today and will be sending you a quick email with a little more information. Is that ok? (Yes) Ok .. is [read their email to them and confirm]. F-Name: Sure ... that's ok. YOU: Good. That will go out today. Then, in the next 2 or 3 days you'll get a call from THE COMPANY itself. They will need about 10 minutes for a NO COST evaluation then, and see what you think from there. OK? F-Name: Sure ... ok. YOU: Thanks ... and thanks for checking us out! By the way... IS THIS USUALLY A GOOD TIME TO REACH YOU? [just make a note of what they say]. F-Name: Yes .. [or gives you better times to reach them] YOU: Great... thanks then. BYE! ++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ I WANT TO KNOW ABOUT THIS .. AND THAT ... AND THIS AND THAT You know ... that is EXACTLY the kind of question for the EVALUATION CALL. I know you have an interest because you've got questions ... so let's set up that call then. KEEPS PRESSING FOR ANSWERS .... Again, those are questions for the evaluation call. That call is limited to about 15 minutes maximum.
