PRE-STAGING EXPLAINED AND SCRIPTING

Pre-Staging is simply the act of calling a lead and accomplishing the following:

    1. Confirm the phone number is correct.
    2. Confirm they answer their phone.
    3. Confirm they are open to exploring a business.
    4. Invite them to YOUR SITE on THIS CALL to complete the Form

This action allows you to retain 100% of the Member Pay on the lead by converting them to a Form Fill lead instead of a "Store Bought" lead (which pays 90% of the Member Pay).

It also allows you to get REPLACEMENT LEADS if needed for "bad phone numbers" or inaccurate lead data, thus saving you money on your leads.

It also SPEEDS UP SALES ... because the Closer Staff aren't spending time going through leads that are NOT correct or aren't answering their phone.  You sort those out first and have the Closer Staff only calling leads READY TO BE CALLED AND GO NOW.

All you do then, is receive the Form Fill in your email from this person, you login to your Back Office and if this is a NEW LEAD YOU HAVE NOT ENTERED or it hasn't been entered for you already ... click ENTER LEADS then:

    1. Copy the entire Form Fill Info from your email..
    2. Paste the entire Form Fill Info into the REMAINDER OF SURVEY DATA BOX at the bottom of the Lead Entry Page.
    3. Copy the Name - Email - Area Code - Phone Number in their boxes.
    4. ADD -- Form Fill -- AFTER THE PHONE NUMBER when you enter it, as it then shows up in our listing as a Form Fill automatically!

This makes Pre-Staging a "Win -Win" deal for everyone.
