This is the most important call we have ever had since the day we "Opened The Doors" for business with the Closing Center.

LEAD ENTRY POLICY CHANGE DETAILS

For the past 3 years we have accepted leads from Members ... starting with a "come one - come all" basis ... taking any leads a Member purchased and entered.

Clearly, that policy had flaws and was changed quickly.  During this time since then, we have seen the quality of leads change dramatically.

The reasons are clear why and actually on one hand represent INCREASED OPPORTUNITY.

More and more people are concerned for their security, financial concerns, losing ground to rising prices and inflation, not to mention retirement concerns and health problems pushing people out of their jobs.

This means MORE PEOPLE BECOMING LEADS ... and that is a good thing in terms of no concerns about "running out of people" to be leads.

At the same time however, this has brought a big increase in the number of people still in the "Window Shopping" phase of being a lead.  People "looking" but afraid to give their REAL information.  And of course, those who have yet to learn these are not JOBS and DO require an investment (except we do hire some of them!).

This has increased the number of dials, calls required, time involved in "sorting and cleaning" the leads, and has now finally reached a point we have had to rethink our Lead Entry Policies and come up with solutions that work for you - our Members as well as our STAFF.

Contrast this to the fact that FORM FILLS generated from a Member's website have a closing rate that is from 5 to 10 times HIGHER than any "Store Bought" lead we have ever had Closers calling and you begin to see why the time has come for changes.

The options which were presented as possible solutions were:

      • Stop Taking Leads
      • Raise The Closing Center Fees
      • Require Pre-Staging Of All Leads or don't take them
      • Make Pre-Staging an OPTION with a "Per Sale Fee"

Out of the suggested solutions, "not taking leads" clearly isn't an option, and raising the fees to join the Center is not a solution.  In both cases, it would severely hinder a New Member's ability to start quickly, because they don't have their site "marketed" yet and raising prices would simply make it harder yet to even get in.

Requiring Members to Pre-Stage their "Store Bought" leads or not take the leads does give Members a "choice" but didn't seem to hit the mark because it is an "all or nothing" position and we've never been about doing that.

The choice that makes total sense for all the concerns the change in Leads has brought to the business is the last one.  Pre-Staging as an OPTION and Members who choose not to Pre-Stage their leads, will have a "Pre-Stage Fee" deducted ONLY FROM CLOSED SALES.

HOW IT WORKS

With the need to call through more leads before getting to a lead that is what we refer to as "Go Now - Ready" status --- we were faced with one big need.  

COMPENSATION FOR THE EXTRA WORK that is required now, to sort through and qualify more leads to get to the good ones who are in there.

With the OPTIONAL PRE-STAGE or have a FEE AT SALE... we leave the choice to Pre-Stage to the Member, with benefits EITHER WAY. 

If they don't want to Pre-Stage, then when we sell a "Store Bought Lead" a fee of 10% of the Member Pay is deducted to pay for the extra calls we have to do.  

Simple, clean, keeps all the options open.

WHY YOU WOULD WANT TO PRE-STAGE your leads before we call them?   Here are a few good reasons:

      • You will discover "bad numbers" in time to get them replaced
      • Sales come FASTER because you find "Go Now" people faster for us to call
      • You receive 100% of Member Pay instead of 90% on sales
      • You're more "in tune" with your developing Team

But the choice to Pre-Stage or not remains yours!
